We hope that your experience with ViralModern is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions may arise.

When making a purchase from viral modern you fully agree to our terms, return policy and shipping policies. As a buyer it is your responsibility to fully understand our terms of service, return policy and shipping time frames. Please read over everything carefully before making a purchase. It is your responsibility to ask questions if you have any to make sure you understand our policies. All of our policies are strictly enforced and no acceptions will be applied. 


In order to be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.  

Viral modern allows you to exchange an item from 8 days from when you purchased the item either in store or online. After the 8th day you will only be allowed a store credit. You must ship the item back with a tracking number. Anything returned up to 14 days will be issued a store credit. Our return policy is strictly enforced, please read over our return policy and ask questions before placing an order. 

We offer a free return policy, if a customer wants to return a product that we simply will not charge a restocking fee. But it is the customers responibility to pay for the shipping, tracking number in order to be issued a store credit or a refund within 8 days from the purchase. Returns will only be accepted with a valid tracking number.


All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Typically orders are shipped out within 2 hours of placing the order but can take up to 2 days to process. Orders on average take 7-15 business days. International order can take a longer period of time due to customs. These are simply just averages on the shipping time and customs are completely out of our controls. Due to certain circumstances with customs, orders can take up to 35 business day. We are not responsible for the shipping time frame, our time frames that are provided are simply an average and are out of control due to shipping protocols.

🦠Since authorities have introduced strict controls to prevent the coronavirus from spreading, it can be a few days more.

Custom Fees:

You the receiver will pay for the fees the customs charges pro to delivering your order. Lookbook variety will not be charging you this fee. The fee that your country choices to charge you is solely up to them. Customs will use the commercial invoice for them to calculate taxes, fees and duties.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Depending on the products that are in stock they can be shipped for several of or warehouses from the US or China.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Items are shipped from different warehouses depending on stock, so from time to time you will receive part of your order. But don't worry the rest of your order will arrive.

What is my tracking number? 📭
Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.
Ammendments and Cancellations 😃
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

- You must contact us withing 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

My Item Arrived Damaged 💔
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
